If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

How to request a refund

Email support@gofurro.com with your order number. We'll email you return instructions.

Returns and refunds

Please return your items in reasonable condition with all kit pieces included. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email a photo to support@gofurro.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. No return is needed.
